Nationwide Studio

The brief

Leading user experience agency, cxpartners, often breaks the mould with its work for some of the world’s leading financial services organisations. The agency wanted a partner communications company to develop a full communications function for its start-up, user experience agency it set up for Nationwide to develop digital and customer experience projects quicker, faster and better.

What we did

Purplefish worked with cxpartners throughout the planning and set up of Nationwide Studio, providing internal and external communications consultancy, messaging workshops and online channels set up. We worked with cxpartners to hone messaging for the website and copy as the Studio’s main recruitment channel as a new startup. At the same time, we developed a detailed communications plan so the Studio would be able to run its own online and offline communications going forward post launch.

The impact

Nationwide Studio was up and running as a new user experience agency within three months. As part of the communications plan, we developed a series of template communications tools for the Studio to use going forward including online and offline content ideas and announcements.
