As a creative agency ourselves, we are thrilled to be amongst so many likeminded individuals and businesses thanks to our residence at Paintworks, Bristol’s creative quarter.
That’s why we decided, together with our friends and fellow Paintworks-dwellers Sundog, to set up a regular, informal series of meet-ups to allow for the sharing of ideas and experiences and foster relationships between the exciting companies that we call our neighbours.
We were thrilled to host the first of what will be a monthly occasion at the Purplefish office, with the idea being that the event moves around to different business each time, all in the name of collaboration.
A variety of Paintworks tenants were in attendance, including the Royal Photographic Society, Studio Giggle, Zeal Interiors, Otrovez, Mum Does Design and Sundog, and we had a great time chewing the fat over drinks and all-important snacks!
The community aspect of the Paintworks was a huge pull-factor for us in deciding to move here in October 2018, and that’s why we wanted to encourage more connections whilst keeping things informal, not forced or ‘salesy’ in any way.
If you’re a creative business based at Paintworks, keep an eye out for details about the February event, which will be hosted by Workbrands. We’d love to get to know you!
