Working with Taylor Rose MW, an independent firm of solicitors, we were tasked with creating and managing the online profiles of the new business development team.
We worked closely with senior business development team, we identified core content pillars to build LinkedIn content around. We hosted weekly content generation meetings to discuss content ideas, creation and timelines for posting the content.
As we know, personal branding is at its most effective, when everyone is on board. To make this happen, we delivered a LinkedIn personal branding workshop, designed to build confidence and competency around creating a stand-out profile, compelling regular content, and how to build and engage with a relevant network.
Working with the team at Taylor Rose MW to boost their personal branding resulted in the new business development team becoming more visible and able to grow their network, with the goal of generating more leads. The strategy that was created and implemented meant members of the team were able to generate 6-10 new leads per month, and the team could focus on nurturing those leads, knowing their profile strategy was being taken care of.
