We embark on a new growth phase with our office move!
We have officially moved from our floating harbour office into new, larger premises in the thriving Paintworks community.
The relocation to dry land after three years comes after a period of growth for us. In the last 12 months we have increased our client portfolio to include Crediton Dairy’s Arctic Iced Coffee brand, Redrow’s West Country region in addition to the South West, SME funding firm Optimum Finance, BGF and law firm Gregg Latchams.
In reflection of Bristol’s burgeoning tech and creative sector, we have also secured contracts with new clients Flexys, OpenAthens and Envolve.
Purplefish was established in 2012 by Joanna, originally as a social media agency and has since grown to a nine strong team with an international client list providing full service communications including public relations, issues and crisis handling, events and experiential campaigns.
The move coincides with the signing of a strategic partnership with local videography team Inov8 as we bolster our video production capability. The Inov8 duo of Tom Miller and Lucas Haynes are now based at the new office as they work with our clients to provide visual communications services. The video team will be headed up by our senior account manager Alice.
Commenting on the move, Joanna, said: “This feels like one of the biggest milestones we’ve hit and it’s fantastic to be able to have an office to call our own. Being based in the creative community of Paintworks is already giving us a new lease of life.
“We’re very passionate about the work we do. It’s so important for our work to make an impact on our client’s businesses and digital communication and technological advances are changing our industry all the time – we’re always looking at what’s coming next and that is why we’re also going to be working closely with Tom and Lucas from Inov8.”
Our non-executive director Andy Maher said: “I have partnered with Purplefish closely over the last three years and we have been very focused on delivering communications campaigns which are commercially tangible.
“Joanna and the team have such an energy and belief in what they do. It is a pleasure to be actively involved with this great team and more so, I am delighted to see them reap the results of all their hard work with this latest move and their newly expanded client base.”
